Meet Charessa

Hi, I am Charessa Land.

I am a Life Coach that is determined to help others with getting to their goals by identifying a plan.

In my personal life, I am a wife of 16 years, mother of 4, a Senior Level Leader in the corporate world and a Pastor of Community Life Services at a local church in Phoenix, Arizona. I hold a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Business Management. The past 20 years of my career, I have spent helping individuals identify challenges and put together a plan that helps them figure Shift out. I have helped business owners, executive leaders, and just every day people.

In the community where I was raised, there were not a lot of people that embodied success. So, while there is no magic manual in steps to success, I have found success in my personal life by goal setting and creating plans to maximize my potential.

 

Now, I would like to help you find success by identifying challenges that may be holding you back. It is my purpose in life to help people get ahead and I would love to help you find your way.
